Snack Money
We would welcome a contribution of £1 per week for snack. We offer a wide variety of different fruits and soon begin to know which ones the children like the most.All children are entitled to milk and for those who do not want milk we offer water.
Water Bottles
Please send a water bottle to school which can be left in class and we will fill these with fresh water to ensure that everyone has access to a drink whenever they need it.

Dinosaur art using natural materials
We have been using the ipads to take photographs of objects that we have counted
We recorded our talking partner saying a fact about a dinosaur
We use the funky fingers table to excersise our pincer grip. We covered the dinosaurs in corks using the tweezers
Some of the girls wanted to take photographs of a model they made. They enjoyed posing too !

Summer A
This half term we will be finishing our Dragon Tale Topic and starting Down on the Farm.
Our trip to Cardiff castle was excellent! The children were superb and listened to our guide and played with the knight!
St David's day
Mathematics on world book day
Our challenge was to make the tallest dinosaur from our pieces. Next we made the smallest and the middle size one. We measured the dinosaurs using blocks.

The Battle of the Dinosaurs has begun and we will be discovering all sorts of interesting things about theses creatures as we become dinosaur explorers this half term.
There is lots of information about the topic on our reception page. Don't forget to discuss the topic and send back the bubble maps to Mrs Brown and she will try to make sure that she plans work around your ideas.
